| 摘 要： | 对国家队运动营养食品集中采购单中的18种营养品的主要功效成分进行了检测,结果表明,大部分检测的运动营养品含有所标示的主要功效成分,含量达到相关标准提出的＂保质期内营养成分含量需≥80%标示值＂的要求;少数运动营养品功效成分的标示及含量存在问题,需要进一步的验证和确认。

| Abstract: | The main functional ingredients of 18 nutritions purchased by the National Teams were determined. The result shows that the labeled main ingredient contents of most of the tested sports nutritions meet the relative of the labeled value within ngredients of a few sports standard requirement, i.e.. the nutritional contents should be 80% or over 80% the quality guarantee period. The identification and contents of the functional nutritions have some problems, which need to be further tested and verified. |
