| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the characteristics of cultivating the students majoring in normal education in the US, the article suggests bringing up openly, diversely and creatively the managing and instructive talents for Shanghai school sports organizations. Thus we will enable all the primary and middle school teachers to organize and instruct the students to participate in campus sports activities, which features Shanghai school sports culture. |
