| 摘 要： | 根据产权的概念界定出俱乐部产权的概念,在此基础上比较了美国两种联盟体制的运作方式,指出不存在到处适用的产权规则.目前,我国的体育职业联赛和俱乐部产权关系混乱,影响了职业化进程的深入,因此必须进行产权制度改革.

| Abstract: | According to the concept of property rights, we define the concept of club property rights. Compare two models in American league in order to show there is no rules available everywhere. Now league and club property rights in China have not been standardized. So the process in hindered. It's necessary to reform the system of property rights. |
