| 摘 要： | 从体育法的称谓、体育法的特殊性和普遍性、体育立法与体育司法、体育立法的管理视角与治理视角、体育国家法与国际体育法、体育法研究的理论面向和实践面向、体育界的体育法与法学界的体育法等几对范畴的审视提出了应把体育法的特殊性、体育司法、治理视角的体育立法、跨国体育法和体育法基本理论作为我国未来体育法学研究的重点。

| Abstract: | From the aspects of the name of sport law, the specialty & universality of sport law, sport legislation & judicature, management & governance perspectives, national sport law & international sport law, the theoretical aspect & practice aspect of sport law research, the sport law of the sport field & the sport law of the law field, the paper suggests that we should take the specialty of sport law, sport judicature, sport legislation with governance perspective, transnational sport law and the principal theories of sport law as the future research focuses of sport law in China. |
