| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对华东地区大型公共体育场馆的运营现状进行研究。结果发现,华东地区大部分大型公共体育场馆收支平衡或有节余;多种经营大于体育业务收入;员工的“四金、工资、奖金”及“发展基金”是主要支出;“所有权与经营权没有分离”及“后续投入不足” 是主要困境。

| Abstract: | The present study mainly focuses on the status quo of large public stadium and gymnasium`smanagement of east-china.The result show that most of large public stadium and gymnasium`s incomeand expense is in balance or surplus; the income of various management is more than sport;the mainexpense is worker`s salary and developmental funds;the main difficulty is that lack of later funds andunapartment of ownership and property right. |
