| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法等研究方法，通过小学游泳校本教材的开发与教学实施，取得相关的实验数据资料。研究证明：小学游泳校本教材的开发与实施，促进了学生生活自理能力的提高；使学生感受到了运动的乐趣；改善和提高了学生的身体形态和生理机能等指标；锻炼了学生的意志品质。
