| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，分析运动休闲特色小镇推动体育强国建设的基本内涵与逻辑理路，并提出实践路径。认为：运动休闲特色小镇本质上是集竞技体育、群众体育、体育产业、体育文化等多重功能于一体的新型体育发展载体，在推进高质量发展的逻辑理路上担任着竞技体育人才培养新路径、群众体育健身服务新基地、体育产业融合发展新载体、传统体育文化传播新渠道的角色。提出：以共建共治共享机制为原则，构建多主体协同治理体系；以青少年体育兴趣培养为重点，夯实竞技体育基础；以培养大众体育生活方式为宗旨，激发全民健身热情；以体育与相关产业融合发展为抓手，推动产业高质量发展；以优质资源整合为手段，打造精品体育文化。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the basic concept and logic of promoting the construction of sports power in sports and leisure characteristic town, and puts forward the practical path. It holds that the sports town is essentially a new sports development carrier integrating multiple functions such as competitive sports, mass sports, sports industry and sports culture. According to the logic of promoting high-quality development, it acts as a new path for training competitive sports talents, a new base for mass sports fitness services, a new carrier for the integrated development of sports industry, and a new channel for spreading traditional sports culture. The practical approach is to build a multi-agent collaborative governance system based on the principle of co-construction, co-governance and sharing mechanism; to focus on youth sports interest cultivation so as to consolidate the foundation of competitive sports; to cultivate the mass sports lifestyle for the purpose of inspiring the enthusiasm for fitness; to promote the high-quality development of industry by integrating the development of sports and related industries; and to create a quality sports culture by means of the integration of quality resources. |
