超声骨龄仪稳定性及异常操作对测试结果的影响

摘    要:超声骨龄是一种新型的骨龄自动评定方法,本文试图通过小样本实验来检测超声仪器的测试指标稳定性可靠性,以及异常操作对这些测试指标的影响,为以后超声骨龄研究和测试过程中规范化操作提供一些科学依据。研究结果:最大声速、距离和压力的测试稳定可靠性高,而超声距离的测试稳定可靠性低,不同测试体位对声速值(SOS)和距离测试的结果影响较大,而对压力(pressure)的测试结果影响较小。以上研究结果提示:最大声速值是一项重要的指标参数,在超声骨龄的测试过程中一定要注意规范化操作,注意正确体位的放置。

Abstract:Ultrasonic BonAge System is a new method for assessing bonel age.By the way of small sample preliminary study,the paper tries to find out the stability and reliability of the ultrasonic device and the influence of abnormal operation on the indices obtained so as to provide a scientific foundation for future research and tests.The result shows that the stability and reliability of the measurement of max-sound velocity and pressure are high.While the stability and reliability of the measurement of ultrasonic distance are low.Different body positions in measurement have a significant effect on the results of sound speed and distance,but a little effect on pressure.The conclusion is SOSmax is an important parameter.During the measurement,attention should be paid to standard operation and the correct body positions.
