| 摘 要： | 体育赛事球场观众暴力由来已久,但是法律机构以英国理事会在近一二十年才对体育暴力进行立法规制,其中以《足球观众法》和《足球骚乱法》最为重要.采用案例分析、比较分析和逻辑分析法等,对两部法律的内容以及适用进行系统地阐述,并分析二者的关系及具体适用,旨在根据英国经验为我国足球体育赛事观众暴力相关立法提供参考.

| Abstract: | Spectator Riot of sport events has a long history. But the legal institutions of British Council have only issued the relevant laws and regulations in the past decade or two. The Football Crowd Act (Spectators Act 1989) and the Soccer Riot Act (Disorder Act 2000) are the most important. By the methods of case analysis, comparative analysis and logical analysis, the paper elaborates on the contents and application of the two Acts systematically, analyzes the relations between the two Acts and the specific application so as to provide reference for the relative legislation of the football game spectator riot in China according to the British experience. |
