| Abstract: | After analyzing briefly the concept of personality and attribute of physical educating course, this article makes a preliminary research on the values of P.E (physical education) teachers' personalities in quality education. As the writer considers, the characters of P.E teachers can stimulate and strengthen students' studying motives; promote students to develop mentally; help to improve teaching effect; win the trust of students; help to from teaching style and influence teachers' manners in class. |
