| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法对重大体育赛事的运作存在的风险进行了研究。重大体育赛事的运作存在自然、经济、政治、组织管理等方面的风险。采取各种有效的手段措施、利用损失规避、损失控制、损失转移方法对赛事风险进行管理,避免各种事故的发生,减少因各种事故造成的负面影响和损失,是赛事成功运作举办和最大化举办赛事对社会发展的积极促进作用的保证。

| Abstract: | By means of documentation, dialogue and logical analysis, the authors study the operation risk of important sport events. There are risks of natural disaster, financial problem, political movement and management existing during the operation of sport events. All sorts of effective measures should be taken to avoid, control and shift the loss in the management of the sport event. Measure to avoid accidents and minimize the negative effect and loss caused by accidents is the guarantee for the successful operation of the avent and for promoting social development. |
