| 摘 要： | 体育知识产权保护制度对于建立公平有序的知识产权环境、激励创造体育相关核心技术、推进体育产业发展具有非常重要的作用。但目前上海乃至我国关于体育知识产权保护制度建设的现状不容乐观。本文分析了上海体育知识产权保护制度存在的问题及不足，在此基础上，提出了建设和完善上海体育知识产权保护制度的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Sports intellectual property protection system plays very important role on the establishment of a fair and orderly environment, and encourage the creation of sports-related core technology. But the sports intellectual property protection system in Shanghai is not optimistic. This paper analyzes the problems and short comings of the sports intellectual property protection system in Shanghai. On this basis, some suggestions are proposed for reform and improve the sports of intellectual property protection system in Shanghai. |
