经颅直流电刺激联合运动干预对运动能力影响的研究进展

摘    要:经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)作为一种非侵入式脑刺激技术,已在运动科学领域受到广泛关注。现阶段,tDCS不仅可以单独作为一种干预手段,还可以与其他训练相联合,进一步提高其对运动能力的改善效果。旨在回顾tDCS联合运动干预对运动能力影响的研究,归纳整理tDCS联合运动干预对运动能力的影响及其作用机制,探究tDCS联合运动干预的应用价值。研究发现,tDCS联合运动干预能够显著增加肌肉力量,降低动态姿势稳定指数,降低运动学习任务中的反应时、错误率等,且增益幅度显著大于假刺激联合运动干预组。其可能的作用机制为tDCS与运动干预的联合对大脑皮层兴奋性的增益。在未来的研究中应进一步探讨tDCS与运动干预联合的最优方案,从脑网络、脑-肌耦合等角度深入理解tDCS联合运动干预的内在机制。

Abstract:Research interest in using tDCS as a noninvasive neuromodulation technique is increasing in the fields of sports science. More recently, researchers have started to combine tDCS with other complementary interventions, and explored the effects of this mixed type of intervention on improvement of sports performance. This systematic review thus aims to examine the efficacy of tDCS combined with physical training on sport performance and explore the application value of the combined intervention. Results showed that anodal tDCS combined with physical training could significantly increase muscle strength, decrease dynamic posture stability index, and decrease reaction time and error rate in motor learning tasks. Moreover, the gain effect was significantly greater than sham tDCS combined with physical training. tDCS combined with physical training could effectively improve the sport performance probably due to its benefits of synaptic intensity and brain functional connectivity. The reported results encourage future researches to understand further the synergistic effects of tDCS combined with physical training from the perspectives of brain network and brain muscle coupling.
