| 摘 要： | 广场舞是近年来在全国各地广泛开展的一种群众性文体活动，影响已经波及到国外。在上海数不胜数的广场舞团队中大多是自发的团队，遍布市内各社区和公共场地。为了用组织化方式实现基层治理，上海市嘉定区文化广播电视管理局委托一个正规注册的“民非”机构，以大赛为载体，成立了广场舞联盟。从“嘉定区广场舞联盟”到“上海市民广场舞联盟”，这一草根社会组织发挥了积极的作用，也缓解了一些社会矛盾和冲突，但缺乏登记注册的“合法身份”，却成为其更好地生存和发展的体制障碍。这也正反映了当下中国社会重新组织化的趋势和特点。

| Abstract: | Square dance is a kind of popular mass recreational activity in China. Its influence is spreading abroad. Most of the numerous square dance groups in Shanghai are self-organized groups. They can be found in the different communities and public space in the city. In order to realize grass-root governance through the way of organization, the Cultural Broadcasting and Television Administration of Shanghai Jiading District entrusted a formal registered institution to organize a square dance league through competitions. In the course from Square Dance League of Jiading District to Shanghai Citizens'' Square Dance League, this grass-root social organization has played a positive role in easing some social contradictions and conflicts. But the league lacks a registered legal status and this has become a systematic barrier for its existence and development, which reflects the current trends and characteristics of reorganization of the Chinese society. |
