摘    要:为了帮助运动员们更好更快地提高专业水平,利用科学的训练方法和先进的智能设备已经成为一种趋势。根据专业自行车训练的基本要求和特点,并结合实时的数据分析和处理,制定了一套科学高效的训练方法;通过软硬件的结合,本系统模拟出了真实比赛中的赛道环境,能够减少外部因素对运动员模拟训练的制约,创造更加真实、便捷的训练途径。该系统具有方便快捷、交互友好、科学高效、节能环保的特点,可以克服专业教练和训练场地的制约,帮助运动员在更短的时间内更快地提高竞技水平,具有很好的应用价值。

Abstract:In order to help athletes improve their professional level quickly, adopting scientific training methods and advanced intelligent devices has become a trend. According to the basic requirements and characteristics of professional cycling training, the authors have worked out a set of scientific and effective training methods based on the real-time data analysis and processing. By using both soft and hard wares, the system simulated the cycling tracks in real competition. It may reduce the interference of outer factors to the simulated training of cyclists and create a more real and convenient training means. This system features convenience, interactive friendliness, high efficiency, energy saving and environment friendliness. It may overcome the restriction of professional coaches and training fields and help athletes improve their performance in a short period. It has good application value.
