| 摘 要： | 主要采用文献资料等研究方法,对我国文化体制改革背景下的体育文化发展问题进行了探讨.研究发现,体育文化发展与深化文化体制改革尚存不相适应的若干环节：对体育文化属性的认识有待深入;体育文化管理体制创新不够;体育文化在推动全民族文明素质提高中的作用亟待加强;中国传统体育文化的当代价值发挥不够等.研究还提出了促进体育文化大发展、大繁荣的发展路径：以社会主义核心价值体系引领体育文化的全面发展;推进体育文化管理体制创新;提高体育文化“走出去”水平,增强国家文化软实力,等等.

| Abstract: | By the way of literature study, the article discusses the sports and cultural development issues under thebackground of the cultural system reform in China. The study reveals that the development of sports culture is outof keeping with the deep reform of the cultural system in some links. The understanding of sports culture propertyneeds to be improved. The innovation of sports culture management system is insufficient. The role of sportsculture in the improvement of the nation’s quality of civilization needs to be strengthened. The current function ofChinese traditional sports culture has not been brought into full play. The study suggests the way for the furtherdevelopment of sports culture, i.e., leading the all-round development of sports culture with socialist core valuesystem, pushing forward the innovation of sports culture management system, improving the level of the sportsculture in going out toward the world, increasing the nation’s cultural soft power, etc. |
