短跑运动员跟腱生物力学特性的实验研究

摘    要:通过对短跑运动员和非运动员跟腱弹性模量和刚度的比较研究。探讨短跑运动对人体跟腱生物力学特性的影响。研究结果表明,短跑训练后跟腱的弹性模量和刚度明显增加,提示训练能够改善跟腱的力学性能,表明训练后既能增加跟腱的体能储备,又能使其承受更大的载荷,并在一定程度上可减少跟腱疲劳损伤的发生.

Abstract:By comparing the stiffness and modulus of elasticity of Achilles tendon of sprinters with those of non-athletes, the article tries to explore the effects of sprint on Achilles tendon biomechanical characteristics. The result discovers that stiffness and elastic modulus increase significantly after sprint training. This shows that training may improve tendon's physical reserves and make it capable for heavier load. This can reduce tendon fatigue injuries to some extent.
