| 摘 要： | 运用文献综述研究法,对日本残疾人的现状、残疾人的需求、残疾人体育的历史沿革以及残疾人体育振兴方面的课题及存在的问题进行了考察和分析.提出无论是身体健康者还是残疾者均要进行思想意识变革,推动残疾人自身积极参与、主办残疾人体育,形成彼此相互扶助的良好局面.

| Abstract: | This paper studied the present situation of the disabled in Japan,their needs,history of sports for the disabled, the studies and problems of promotion of sports for the disabled. It was proposed that whether the able- bodied or the disabled should renew their ideas,the disabled should participate in sports,and sports for the disabled should be hosted in order to form good environment in which people could help each other. |
