| 摘 要： | 以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想和科学发展观为指导,运用经济学后发优势理论将体育发展置于政治、经济、文化背景下,通过对新中国体育发展战略的演进历程进行回顾与思考.研究认为:实现中国体育从"后发优势"到"先发优势"的前提是改革开放,关键是吸收能力的积累和增强,核心是自主创新体系的形成.

| Abstract: | Guided with Marxism,MAO Ze-dong thought,DENG Xiao-ping theory,the thought of Three Representatives and scientific development theory,the paper reviews the historical development of sport development strategy of PRC.The paper points out that the precondition of transforming from the late-development advantage to the starter advantage is the opening-up policy.The enhancement of the assimilation is essential and the core is to establish the independent innovation system. |
