| 摘 要： | 目前,中国体育知识产权保护在立法、使用、保护、管理、文化基础等方面存在诸多不足,国内研究主要集中在体育知识产权的概念、主体、客体、范围等基本法律问题研究方面,主要包括民族传统体育知识产权专门和综合保护策略研究,奥林匹克知识产权国际和国内立法保护研究,以及典型国家体育知识产权保护评价研究4个方面.

| Abstract: | Currently there are many problems in legislation, application, protection, management and cultural basis of sports intellectual property right protection. The researches in China mainly focus on the concept, subject, object and scope of sports intellectual property right, special and comprehensive protection strategy of traditional sports intellectual property right, international and domestic law of Olympic intellectual property right and evaluation of typical national sports intellectual property right. |
