| 摘 要： | 从“冠名”一词的语义出发,对体育冠名权进行了定义.运用法学理论,从体育冠名权的主体、客体、内容、法律性质等角度,对体育冠名权进行了分析.针对体育冠名权的侵权特点,根据体育冠名权的立法现状,对保护体育冠名权提出了合理的建议.
