| 摘 要： | 体育教学工作管理的主要内容有：体育教学大纲、体育教学计划、体育教学环节、课外体育俱乐部、体育教学、体育教学质量、体育教学文件。提高高校体育教学管理工作的措施主要有：建立、健全并严格执行规章制度；畅通反馈渠道；加强和提高教学管理工作的现代化水平；全面提高教学管理人员的素质；建立科学的评价制度。

| Abstract: | The management of the university P.E.teaching includes teaching syllabus,teaching plan,teaching organization,ex-curricular sports club,P.E.quality and teaching files.The paper also proposes measures concerning establish ment of relative rules and regulations,facilitating of feedback conveyance,improve ment of the modernization of the teaching management and of the quality of the teaching management staff and establishment of scientific assessment system. |
