| 摘 要： | 通过对高职大学生体育锻炼的动机的调查,结果发现兴趣、爱好在高职大学生体育锻炼动机结构中具有主导作用,其动机结构的复杂性和波动性与社会、家庭、环境等影响有关。从心理学、教育学和体育价值观角度出发,提出提高高职大学生参与体育锻炼主动性和积极性的对策。

| Abstract: | On the basis of investigations about the sports motives of the students in the vocational institutes,the paper reveals that interest is the main drive for the students in vocational institutes to take part in sports activities.The complexity and fluctuation of their motive structure are influenced by the society,family and environment.From the perspectives of psychology,pedagogy and sports value,the paper proposes countermeasures to stimulate the sports motives of the students in the vocational institutes. |
