| 摘 要： | 对我国职业篮球俱乐部的产权状况进行了分析,研究表明,我国职业篮球俱乐部中,实现真正意义的股份制俱乐部较少,这与职业体育俱乐部的发展趋势不相符合。根据职业体育俱乐部的发展趋势和运行规律,提出了加快我国篮球俱乐部实行股份制的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the current situation for the property rights of the professional basketball clubs in China and points out that the joint-stock club in the real sense in China are not enough,which is not agreeable with the(development) trend of the professional sport clubs.On the basis of the development trend and the operational rules of the sport clubs,the paper proposes countermeasures as to speed up the establishment of joint-stock system in the(basketball) clubs in China. |
