| 摘 要： | 我国《体育法》的颁布与实施，对推动我国体育事业的蓬勃发展起到了巨大的作用，相关部门也依据《体育法》制定了很多部门性和地方性的法规与规章，使得体育领域发生的大多数事件有法可依。但我国体育法制依然相对滞后、体育法律体系还未真正成型。在分析我国现有体育法律、法规与规章概况的基础上，就完善我国体育法律体系提出了对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Sports Laws has yieded great plays in executing legislation spirit and state policies. Relative administrative departments have also compiled local and sectional regulations and rules so that most incidents in the sports area can find the legal bases. However,the Chinese sports legislation is still weak and sports laws fall behind. The sports legal system is not mature. In this paper,relative countermeasures are put forward. |
