| 摘 要： | 需要创新性人才的知识经济时代对 2 1世纪武术人才的素质提出了新的要求 ,同时 ,也给武术教育发展带来了机遇和挑战。只有转变教育思想、优化师资素质、更新教学内容、创新教学方法、营造良好的校园文化氛围、更新武术教育评价体系等措施 ,才能培养出符合需要的高素质武术人才

| Abstract: | Intellectual economy requiring for creative human resources puts new demands on the 21st century Wushu talents. It also brings challenges and opportunities to Wushu education development. Only by changing the educational ideology,optimizing the teachers quality,renewing teaching contents,having new teaching methods,creating good campus cultural environment and setting up new Wushu educational evaluation system can Wushu talents with high quality and meeting the requirements be developed. |
