| Abstract: | Schools are bases for training human resources for the 21st century. Reinforcing the students' education for all around development has become a common concern,which requires P.E. masters contingent with high quality. Therefore,promotion of P.E. masters' quality influences the promotion of students' education for all around development and the training of human resources with high quality. |
