| 摘 要： | 从"心理资本"的概念入手,分析了运动员心理资本的价值,心理资本不但是运动员获得优异成绩的保障,还可以帮助运动员克服比赛压力,更有助于运动团队的建设.运动员心理资本作用机理有四种研究范式:主效应模型、缓冲效应模型、调节效应模型和动态效应模型.在此基础上提出了运动员心理资本的干预策略,阐述了开发运动员自信心或自我效能感、希望、乐观、坚韧性的对策,以期从心理资本角度对运动员选材、培养和管理提供有价值的建议.
