| Abstract: | Characteristics of 400 metre fencing are expounded and the correlative factors between 400 metre fencing and 400 metre dash are analyzed.The author thinks that training of 400 metre dash must be combined with characteristics of 400 metre fencing to improve results of 400 metre fencing. |
