| 摘 要： | 目前，我国高校体育提倡的健康体育、终身体育的思想越来越被大学生所接受，健康第一的观念也正在确立，但还有一部分学生健康意识比较淡薄，还没有积极地参与体育健身活动。为此，通过对鄂东地区3所高校大学生体育意识与行为的调查研究，了解新世纪大学生参与体育健身活动情况，旨在为深化高校体育教学改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | At present,the concepts of fitness-oriented sports and lifelong exercise of sports advocated by institutes and universities have been accepted by more and more university students. The 'health first' concept has been accepted. However,there are students who are not fully aware of the significance of fitness and do not take an active part in sport activities. This paper presents the situation of fitness-oriented sport activities carried out by university students in the 21st century through the survey and research of sports awareness and behavior of the students of three universities and colleges in the eastern part of Hubei province. |
