| 摘 要： | 农村社区体育的科学管理与规范化建设是农村体育快速发展的关键。小城镇化建设的大力推进,为农村社区体育的发展带来新的机遇。为了健全和理顺湖南农村体育管理体制及运行机制,建立相应的农村体育发展保障机制,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法与访谈法对湖南农村社区体育组织管理现状进行研究分析,指出存在的问题并提出相关建议。
