| 摘 要： | 青少年体育后备人才的培养是我国竞技体育可持续发展的关键,青少年的训练与竞赛的管理社会化是适应社会主义市场经济发展要求的。在其社会化过程中,必须遵循宏观和微观的原则,同时应确定青少年体育训练与竞赛社会化的管理目标体系;建立健全与青少年体育训练与竞赛配套的各种法规制度。

| Abstract: | The development of sports resources talents is crucial to the sustainable development of athletic sport in China and the juvenile sports training and socialized management of competition are the requirements of the market economy.In the process of socialization,the microscopic and macroscopic principle should be followed,the system of the juvenile sports training and socialized management of competition should be established and the relative legislative system should be established as well. |
