| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the connotation, functions and developing ways of independent study ability, this paper proposes that the development of independent study ability and characteristics of the students should he given priority in the university P.E. reform in order to enhance the comprehensive quality of teaching and develop the concept of lifelong physical education. |
