| 摘 要： | 学分制条件下的成人高等教育管理系统是把各个复杂庞大的数据组合在一起，共同运作，把招生、教学、财务、档案等方面的工作，看作是一个动态的有机整体。本主要对成人高等教育管理体系的功能组成、理论基础、结构模式及总体规划等进行了一些阐述。

This thesis mainly expatiates the function,theoretical foundation,structure mode and master plan of adult higher education information management system. |
