| 摘 要： | 对河南省农村中年妇女体育的发展现状进行了分析。影响河南省农村中年妇女体育的主要因素为：传统文化思想的影响；缺乏健身意识；政府部门不够重视，并提出了相应的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | Through analysis of the current situation of the sports activities carried out by the middle-aged rural women in Henan province, this paper discusses the main affecting factors, ie, influences of the traditional ideology, lack of sports awareness and lack of stress of the government. Strategies and solutions are proposed accordingly. |
