| 摘 要： | 《体育与健康课程标准》颁布试行之后，给中学体育与健康课程教学带来了许多全新的理念，同时也给中学体育教师带来了困惑。本通过运用献资料法、调查法并结合教学实践对新课程标准进行了研究和分析，并对体育课程教学提出了一些建议。
