| 摘 要： | 国外发达国家的休闲体育兴起于上个世纪60年代,其休闲和休闲体育的理论研究已相对成熟,而我国休闲体育理论研究始于上个世纪80年代初,目前尚处于起始和发展阶段,对我国休闲体育的主要理论研究成果进行了分析和综述。

| Abstract: | The recreational sport of the developed countries began in the 1960s and the recreational sport theory in those countries was fully developed while the recreational sport theory research in China began in the 1980s and it is on the initial development stage.The paper reiews the main theories of the recreational sport in China. |
