| 摘 要： | 通过分析学校体育伤害事故原因,在处理学生伤害事故时学校承担责任的归责原则的分歧,提出了我国在学校体育伤害事故处理方面的一些不足,并提出了对策:学校应当继续加强学校体育的改革,成立专业机构处理学校体育伤害事故,并借鉴国外校园伤害事故赔偿责任社会化的作法。
