| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查和数理统计法，经过研究表明，运用多媒体教学能够提高体育公选课《健康教育》课程的教学质量。在运用过程中应优化多媒体课件内容，提高课件制作水平；教师应熟练掌握课堂教学技能，将多媒体教学与传统教学有机结合起来；发挥教师的主导作用，调动学生的学习积极性。

| Abstract: | Through documentary references,questionnaire and statistics,the experiment proved that using multimedia could improve the teaching quality of Health Education.The paper proposes ways to optimise the multimedia teaching plan,to combine the teaching and traditional teaching and to stimulate the students' motive under the guidance of the teachers. |
