摘    要:以奥运会冠军陆永为例,就如何进行举重运动员的训练进行详细讨论。在举重训练过程中应重视运动员体能训练。科学体能训练是现代举重训练中重要的组成部分,是提高举重成绩的重要基础。举重运动训练成绩的提高首先要进行科学的肌肉练习,其次要重视体能训练是提高专项成绩的重要基础,力量素质、速度素质、耐力素质三者相辅相成,共同促进训练效果。科学安排训练的强度和次数有助于提高专项成绩。

Abstract:Take Olympic champion Lu Yong for example,this article discussed on how weight training athletes in detail.Scientific physical training is an important component of weightlifting training and an important basis to improve weightlifting performance.To improve the weightlifting training performance,first of all,to conduct scientific muscle exercises,Second,we must attach importance to physical training because it is an important basis for improving the special performance,quality of power,quality of speed,quality of endurance,they bring together to promote training.Arrange the intensity and frequency of training scientifically can help to increase the specific performance.
