| Abstract: | Handstand training is the foundation for diving training.This paper starts from the effects of handstand training on rip entry and armstand on the diving platform and primarily proposes some procedures and methods of land auxiliary handstand training during diving,through the principle analysis of handstand vertical entry and the role of handstand training in the basic training of diving. |
