| 摘 要： | 2008年以来,某高职院校体育工作全面展开,在＂以生为本,健康第一＂指导思想、＂态度决定一切＂工作理念和＂有限资源合理利用,基础工作全力推进,特色项目重点突破＂发展思路的引领下,开辟了一条具有本校特色的体育发展之路,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。文章回顾了过去六年（2008~2014）该学院体育工作探索与实践的历程,总结了其体育工作发展的主要成绩,剖析了其体育工作发展中存在的突出问题;概括了体育工作发展的基本经验,提出了促进学校体育工作发展的建议。

| Abstract: | Since 2008,with the overall development of PE,the Vocational College has opened up a characteristic way of physical education,and has made remarkable achievements.The article reviews the course of exploration and practice on physical education in the past six years（2008-2014）,summarizes the main achievements,analyzed the outstanding problems,outlines the basic experience,and then made recommendations to promote the development of physical education in the college. |
