| 摘 要： | 高校学生管理与教学密不可分,都是为培养目标服务的。在教育改革新形势下,高校采用传统管理模式对学生的管理已不能满足现实培养目标的需要,急需对传统管理模式进行变革,在保留原有管理模式中的积极成分外,还要寻求加入新的管理元素取代过时的、保守的管理方法,以适应当前教育改革的需要。本研究运用文献资料、访问调查等方法,从不同视角下对模拟训练探讨,高校体教专业学生培养目标、传统管理等研究入手,以韩山师范学院体育系学生管理为例,探讨模拟训练在高校体教专业学生管理中的运用问题,为兄弟院校学生管理工作的改革提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Using methods of literature material, interview and investigation, from different perspective of the simulation training, training goal of college PE professional students, traditional management, taking the management of Hanshan normal college students as an example, this paper discusses the application of simulation training in the management of college PE professional students, to provide reference for the reform on the management work of students of other colleges. |
