摘    要:目的:探讨不同体育锻炼类型对大学生生命质量的影响,为推动高校体育教学改革,提高大学生生命质量提供参考。方法:随机抽取定西师范高等专科学校男女生各90名进行中等强度的力量和有氧耐力练习实验,采用SF-36量表进行调查分析。结果:被试18周后,大学生生命质量因子均不同程度的提高;不同性别,相同体育锻炼类型力量练习除生理功能和活力因子发生显著性变化外(P〈0.05),其它因子变化均不明显;有氧耐力练习除生理功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康因子发生显著性变化外(P〈0.05),其它因子变化均不明;相同性别,不同体育锻炼类型男生在社会功能、活力、精神健康因子有方差显著性差异(P〈0.05);女子在生理功能、社会功能因子有方差显著性差异(P〈0.05),在活力、精神健康因子有方差极显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论:有氧耐力练习比力量练习更能提高大学生的生命质量。

Correlation Analysis of the Different Exercise Types and Life Quality of College Students

Abstract:Objective]: to investigate the different types of exercise influence on college students' quality of life, to promote the college physical education teaching reform, improve the quality of college students' life. Methods]: selecting a random sample of 90 boys and 90 girls of Dingxi normal college, to condu't the moderate strength and aerobic endurance training experiment, and use the SF-36 scale to conduct the investigation. Results]: after 18 weeks of experiment, the college students' quality of life are increased in different degrees; the physiological functions and the dynamic factors of different gender, same strength training of physical exercise types has been significant changed in (P 〈 0.05), changes of other factors is not obvious; the physiological function, body pain, and mental health factors has been significant changed by aerobic endurance training (P 〈 0.05), but changes of other factors is unknown; the social function, energy, mental health factors variance of boys has significant difference in different physical exercise types (P 〈 0.05); the physiological function, social fimction factor variance of girls has significant difference (P 〈 0.05), in energy, mental health factors of girls have variance extremely significant difference (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion]: aerobic endurance exercise is better than strength training in improving the life quality of college students.
