| 摘 要： | 大学体育俱乐部的提出已成为高校体育教学改革的重要组成部分。通过问卷、统计调查方法,初步探讨当前高校体育俱乐部式的教学对大学生体育意识和能力形成的作用,对增强学生体质、提高技术水平、培养其终身体育锻炼的习惯以及扩大人际交往等方面的良好作用。

By means of questionnaire and statistics, the author makes a preliminary research on whether sports club education in universities can help students to cultivate their sports awareness and ability, to improve their physique, to raise their skills to a high level, to form the habit of life-long physical training and to extend their personal interaction network. |
