| 摘 要： | 通过对广西大学生足球运动员赛前心理状态的问卷调查研究,揭示了赛前心理不稳定现象普遍存在于大学生足球运动员当中,且直接影响技战术水平发挥;运动员赛前的主要表现是兴奋、紧张、冷漠等,产生积极、矛盾和疲惫相应的心理。为适应比赛必须进行赛前心理调控。
