| 摘 要： | 中国武术融健身、技击、观赏于一体 ,是一种特殊的民族文化形态 ,是中国传统的体育项目。它是以中国传统文化为理论基础 ,以内外兼修、术道并重为鲜明特点的一项运动。武术运动世代相传 ,长盛不衰 ,与时俱进。在现代化高度发展的今天 ,深受群众喜爱。究其原因 ,主要表现在其功能上———强身健体价值、技击价值和文化艺术价值。论述武术的现代价值 ,目的是为了进一步弘扬中华武术 ,深入研究 ,不断开发 ,使其焕发光泽 ,造福于民众。

| Abstract: | Wushu is a unique Chinese national traditional sport. It mixes together physical training ,fighting skill and entertainment.Wushu is a unique sport which can cultivate one's moral character from inside and outside, based on the Chinese traditional culture. It has developed and passed on from generations. Today,this unique Chinese national sport has aroused interest among people because of its functions--the values of physical training ,fighting skill and culture art .This paper will discuss the modern values of Wushu .which aims at bringing forward the Chinese Wushu spirit and benefits to human by making a thorough investigation and study. |
