| 摘 要： | 社会、家庭、就业等各方面的影响给正处于心理形成和走向成熟的高职生造成心理压力 ,长期的心理困扰使部分学生形成心理障碍 ,在体育教学中表现得也很突出。重点阐述体育教学中高职学生心理障碍不良心境产生的原因及其调控方法 ,以便提高学生心理健康水平。

| Abstract: | Recently,as the increase of the student enrollment at vocational schools,the impacts from the society,the family,the employment and so on embarrassees students in psychology,who are in the phase of the forming of psychology and on the way to mature.The long-term psychological trouble forms psychological block which performs extremely in the P.E. teaching.The article mainly explains the factors of the psychological block and bad mood of the students in the P.E. teaching and puts forward the controlling methods in order to raise the level of the students psychological health. |
