| 摘 要： | 以社会主义法治理念为指导,在认识到我国体育法治的价值功能与社会主义法治理念高度契合的基础上,分析现行体育法治在理念、实践方面存在的不足,进而思考进一步改革和完善我国的体育法治,指出推进我国体育法治化的进程,必须从努力完善我国体育法律法规体系,深化体育体制改革着手,进一步树立体育法治观念,加大体育法律法规的宣传普及力度,加大体育执法力度,利用好北京奥运会举办及其影响的契机,完善体育法治体系,从而促进我国体育事业健康、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Guiding on the Conception of socialist legal system,and on the basis of recognize that the high degree of sports legal system＇s function and the conception of socialist legal system,analysis of the current situation of sports legal system in philosophy and practice,and then thinking further reform and improve the sports law in our country,to point out that promote the process of China＇s Sports legal system must strive to consummate sports legal system,deepen the reform to proceed chinese sports system,and further establish the rule of law and the concept of sports law and increase the extent of sports law execution,and make good use of the Beijing Olympic Games and its impact opportunity to improve Sports legal system,thereby contributing to China＇s sports undertaking health and sustainable development. |
