| 摘 要： | 如今随着人们的物质与文化水平的提高 ,终身体育已经深入社会家庭。通过体育增进健康、延年益寿 ,已成为人民群众的迫切需要。学校是培养人德、智、体全面发展的重要场所 ,而学校体育是连接家庭体育和社会体育的中间环节 ,是培养终身体育的重要阶段。改革现有的学校体育 ,使之成为成人体育的有机联系 ,指导和影响成人体育是终身体育能否实现的关键所在。

| Abstract: | With the improvment of people's levels of material and culture, lifelong physical education has gone deep into society. Improving health and promising longevity by sports have become an urgent need of the masses. Schools regarded as education bases are important places for people to develop morally,intellectually and physically.The school physical education is an intermediate link to connect social families and social sports. It is also an important stage to train lifelong physical education.To reform the existing school physical education and make it become an organic connection in adult physical education are the key to realize lifelong physical education. |
